Why Grain Gym exists

I wanted a gym app that did more than store a blank spreadsheet. You should be able to pick a real program, open a session and see what the next set asks for, without rebuilding the plan between exercises.

That is what Grain Gym does. It runs 13 programs with 11 progression rules, shows each set's target, and keeps your record on your phone.

What I won't do

• Add a social feed or a leaderboard. Your comparison point is your last session.
• Sell your data. The Privacy Policy covers what the app and this site collect.
• Charge a subscription. Grain Gym has none.
